Quando riaprirà lo SciFabLab?

In seguito alla valutazione di sicurezza effettuata, si dà inizio alla fase di riapertura parziale dello SciFabLab al pubblico, strutturata come segue:

A partire da sabato 23 maggio e fino a nuove disposizioni:

Accesso al fablab per un massimo di 4 persone in contemporanea, previa prenotazione ed esclusivamente nei seguenti orari:
Martedì dalle 17:00 alle 20:00 (3 ore)
Giovedì dalle 17:00 alle 20:00 (3 ore)
Sabato dalle 15:00 alle 19:00 (4 ore)

Nota bene:

Tutti i progetti precedentemente attivi, autorizzati prima del 31 marzo, sono da considerarsi terminati e vanno perciò comunque rinnovati con esplicita richiesta.

Sono un utente registrato con un progetto autorizzato, come faccio a prenotare una visita allo SciFabLab?

Puoi inviare la tua richiesta per una o più visite (specificando le date che preferisci e gli attrezzi che vorrai usare) a questo email: scifablab@ictp.it. In seguito, almeno un giorno prima della tua visita e se vi sono slot disponibili, riceverai una email di risposta con la conferma per la data (o le date) autorizzate e istruzioni su come accedere. Non si confermeranno prenotazioni con più di una settimana di anticipo, se non in caso eccezionale.

When is SciFabLab opening again?

After completion of a safety assessment, it has been decided that the SciFabLab will partially reopen from Saturday, 23 May 2020 and until new arrangements, as follows:

The maximum number of users allowed to access simultaneously the SciFabLab is 4, with compulsory prior booking and only within below timetable:

  • Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:00 (3 hours)
  • Thursday from 17:00 to 20:00 (3 hours)
  • Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00 (4 hours)

Please note:

All projects previously active, authorized before 31 March, are to be considered expired and therefore renewal must be explicitely requested.

UPDATED rules for the Covid-19 emergency:

I am a registered user with an authorized project, how can I book a visit to the SciFabLab?

Rules for the access to the SciFabLab and the use of its facilities:

You can send a request for one or more visit (specifying the preferred days and which tools you will need to use) by email to: scifablab@ictp.it. Then, at least one day before your visit and if there are available slots, you will receive an email with a confirmation for the authorized date(s) and instructions on how to access. Visits will not be confirmed more than a week in advance, if not for exceptional cases.
